I’ve been using this company for decades and have a contract with them for heating and air conditioning. I’ve always been very happy with this company. Today, Thuan came out to check my boiler and bleed my radiators. He was professional, courteous and clearly very, very smart. I continue to be impressed with the quality of this company’s staff and also the superiority of their management.

B&B has serviced my HVAC for almost 30 years, but have not been competitive when it came to replacing the units. Subsequently, I have had service from another contractor who is lower cost but also provides superior service. Ultimately, I have begun to question B&B's recommendations and associated costs for addressing repairs that they have flagged. Going forward, I will get competitive quotes for major repairs even though I may have a service contract with "discounts"

B&B has been my yearly service maintenance company for decades. They installed the Carrier HVAC system on my old Sears Victorian home, circa 1920. And provide yearly maintenance under contract since then. I always request the same tech, who has become a close and trusted friend for these maintenance visits, and the result has been always first class. Highly recommended.
