Was informed by a receptionist yesterday, 12/30/2025, that their company does not service or replace HVAC systems for condominium units that happen to be located in apartment-type buildings in the Chevy Chase - Silver Spring area of Montgomery County. As such, of course, I am unable to recommend this company, particularly for that cohort of condo owners.
