Carlos from Eli’s came to our new house today and checked out our heating systems. He did an excellent job and gave great advice. We’ve been customers for 10 years and Eli’s team has always been terrific, going the extra mile and reasonable prices. An electrical component failure shut down our system, which they had originally installed over a decade ago. Eli’s technician was punctual, quickly and systematically isolated the failed accessory which was well past its warranted service life, got us back to comfortable operation, advised on replacement options, and ultimately charged us only a minimal fee: their service call base rate plus minor consumables. They were courteous and communicative throughout the visit, and even cleaned and checked the furnace burners while they had the system panels open.
