Eli's dropped all the residents in my condo building without warning or notice because they said parking was difficult despite providing service and repairs for many years. I can't recommend because they can not be depended upon despite an established relationship over years.

We have been using Eli for several years now, since we found out that they charged one-third of what our previous service was asking for. They are great to work with. Ron, the owner, came to our house to see if we needed a new furnace; unlike the previous people who tried twice to sell us a new one, he said it was unnecessary. We have had all three of their maintenance guys here at least twice; all are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
