Recommended
Dryer vent had to be cleaned, and am glad I did. It was clogged with considerable lint, which Safe House removed efficiently. I do believe, however, that I was overcharged for the addition of cover for the external opening of the dryer vent.

We booked with Safe House; they sent some other people called "Air Quality Specialists" who did an OK job cleaning the dryer vent, but then tried to upsell us on a mysterious "teflon" coating. These guys had no information on this product, or its benefits, but were quite insistent that we needed it. We turned them down. (Also, their credit card system asked us if we wanted to give them a tip. That's always annoying.)

Polite, timely, efficient. Asked good questions. Did not succeed in clearing a dryer vent, but the problem is structural and probably beyond their ability to handle
