INEX recently remodeled two bathrooms in our home. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. At the outset, they provided very useful advice, discussed options, and then provided detailed plans and prices for the work. We found their pricing to be reasonable. We selected most of the material ourselves, using suppliers they recommended, which gave us complete control of the design of the bathrooms. They picked up the larger items (such as the tile, tub, shower basin, toilets, vanities, etc.) from the suppliers at the outset of the work. The work performed was impeccable. For example, we had selected 6 types of tile, in various designs and shapes, and the two staff who performed the work did a beautiful job of arranging and installing the tile. Communications and timeliness were also excellent. When some minor issues arose, such as problems with our plumbing and with some of the items we had ordered, we were able to quickly cooperate with INEX to reach resolution and they were very willing to alter their schedules as needed to accommodate us. The two bathrooms were completed one after the other within expected timeframes. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend this company.

It was a great experience working with Sam and his team. I remodeled two bathrooms before with different contractor and was very well aware of the process of selecting the tiles all the way to the finish. Inex by far was more professional showed up on time, coordinated and discussed the details every time. Our tile was very large and was very hard to handle and prevent cracking. Alberto did handle it wonderfully by cleaning the edges and cover the corners. They recommended to use silicon instead of grout on the the corners to even more water proof the shower. The final product looks great and I love my master bathroom. I will definitely recommand them to anyone who is looking for a high quality bathroom work.

Our new house was very outdated and needed a lot of update and bathrooms were my priority. I hired Sam and his team to remodel our master bathroom. Sam quickly set up the initial appoinmet and provide the estimate and and walk me through how they are managing the plumbing electrical and material. The designer at tile shop that they recommended was very friendly and helpful and took his time and match the tiles and corners. He ordered some material which took awhile to arrive but worth waiting. Miguel did an awesome job and took his time to make sure things are getting done to the perfection. Sam was overseeing the project and keep us posted on the scheduling and providing any update. They covered every part of the floor before starting the work and kept the area clean every time. We were looking for specific type of shower head and toilet that Sam and Miguel expertise allowed us to chose the right option the project time the estimated was longer than other companies and now know why. They took their time on the details to get tiles done sanded and clean the edges for better look. I highly recommend them.
