Andy Ramsburg does the estimating and recommending solutions to problems. My issue was with rain coming off the hill on two sides of my house and putting too much water against the foundation walls, resulting in basement flooding. I also had groundhogs under the deck digging holes that also took in water and added to the load against the foundation. Andy recommended a combination of digging, regrading, and a drainage system that would deliver the bulk of this water away from the house. His team of workers was great and they have worked together at KART for decades. You couldn't ask for a better group of very hard working people. Kart actually performed the work in two phases. The first was to regrade so water did not flow against the house. We tried this first but still had underground water issues so I had Kart come back later and build the drainage system. Problem solved.
