The massage here is fine -- not amazing (like it was under previous ownership), but certainly acceptable. The problem is that since it went under new ownership a few years ago, the management (new owners) will play games with cost. They sell packages and will claim customers used all the massages in a package (when that didn't occur). They don't honor their own massage packages and try to connive more money out of customers. They waited until I arrived to start this game with me -- and I had to stand and argue with front desk staff for 20 minutes before they finally acknowledged their own 'errors.' This was hardly conducive to going in for a relaxing massage. They still owe me another massage and I have never gone back because the stress they invoke isn't worth it. It's unfortunate, because this used to be a great place to get a massage.
