In brief, The Rockville HealthyBack Store sold me an adjustable bed about a year ago. I needed certain features and this bed had them. The bed I received did not have all of these feature and had remotes and instruction book for a different, older model. Despite notifying the store and meeting the manager in person I have not yet received the correct bed. They do not return phone calls or respond to emails. I was told an exchange for the correct bed would happen but after 9 months and a promise to update me, nothing on their end. I am considering legal action for Bait and Switch mainly for the bed company but Healthy Back has done nothing to help. Ironically, I chose to buy from them for a higher cost than online because I wanted to support local business. I will drop the middle man in the future.
