We have bought many instruments here from small djembe's to more expensive guitars, etc. Recently, we were looking for an electronic keyboard during the holidays. The first time we went, there was only one person in the whole section and he was out for dinner. When we came back, he was not helpful at all. In contrast, however, the person who helped us with guitar strings and later checked us out, was incredibly helpful and even got the information we needed on the keyboard. Interestingly, he was not the manager; the manager was there, but terribly helpful--he was in the midst of selling a higher end guitar to someone, but overall, seemed more interested in being a musician than in managing the store. Grudgingly, he helped get the item we needed (which turned out not to be on the floor). Given that attitude, the first sales person's attitude was understandable. They do have a fairly wide selection of products and competitive prices and some of their staff is exceptional. Evenly it all out, I'd put them between "adequate" and "superior."
