Not Recommended
I chose this firm based on positive ratings for septic services. They replaced a sump pump (1/3 HP Zoeller) for me and did a quick cleaning of the well area, a pretty fairly straight forward job. Their pricing was outrageous though ($600 - the part wasn't more than $150 and the labor time was barely over an hour). I probably should have used any plumber for an easy job like this one. I recommend you look elsewhere.

The team that serviced our septic tank problem was a father,son, and another worker. First they had to view inside the main drain line, then find out the exact location of the tank itself to dig and find the cause of the blockage. The tank location was previously unknown. Anyway, they solved the problem blockage ( it was a massive packed root jam at the entrance to the tank that they cleared out.) then they installed a permanent access pipe with removable lid for future use in emptying the tank - just below lawn level. Great job..also recommended a sump company...they came shortly after we called them to empty the tank. All is well...hope those roots stay away for another 40 years!
