ValueDry was able to come out to inspect a basement water problem right away. However, within about 2 minutes of arriving, the salesman began a pitch on how their most expensive drainage and pump solution was the only solution. I had two other reputable companies who spent some more time investigating and told me that my problem was a pretty minor plumbing problem and that it would be "dishonest" to sell me on an expensive system. (They did so without my having mentioned that ValueDry had tried to sell me such a system). So, they seem like might do good work, are friendly, etc., but don't expect anything but a sales pitch for their most expensive product...
