Have been using this service for many years, like 20! Never have to wait long for an appointment and have had emergency visits several times over the years and they always come quickly in that circumstance. Their staff is pretty much always the same. Very little turnover. They are friendly but quiet. Always clean up. I say prices are “adequate ” but I haven’t used anyone else in so long it’s hard to tell. The owner often comes if a big issue and always talks through the pricing and has always given good advice. They certainly never would price gauge. Definitely recommend this company

Airways Unlimited installed our central a/c 33 years ago! It has worked well all that time so called them for a checkup of the system 3 weeks ago. No surprise, there was a leak. Ed Penfield came to estimate cost of a new system, got us one within a week and installed it on the day he said it would be.

On the coldest day of the year my furnace broke down. To make matters worse, it was Saturday morning. I was expecting a series of rejections, but struck gold with Airways Unlimited (301-589-6401). They came over that afternoon, managed to revive my old furnace, and promised to return in a couple of days to install a new one. The old one made it through the last few days, and Ed worked late installing the new one in one day.
