Even with an appointment, I had to wait 45 min to be seen. But the staff asked detailed questions, ran appropriate tests, and provided follow-up instructions which included the circumstances under which I should contact my primary care provider. I was pleased with the experience.

I have been to this clinic three times in the past year -- once due to wasp or yellow jacket stings that were the most painful thing I have ever been through. Despite being in the middle of an epidemic, they saw me and tried to relieve my pain as best they could. And now I have an epipen. They arranged follow-up care and took what I was going through very seriously. I also wen tto them for a COVId test and they saw me at the appointed time and got my results to me in a timesly fashion as well.
