Majestic (now Maryland Lawn) illegally "topped" the cherry trees in our condo, leaving them susceptible to disease. They are not licensed with MD Dept of Natural Resources to prune trees, or with 2 MD Dept of Agriculture divisions to (a) fertilize or (b) apply pesticides. They are not licensed with US DOT for intrastate motor vehicles. They are also in forfeiture with State of MD for non-payment of taxes. They are in violation of every licensing requirement on the books.
