Been using BelAir for over 30 years, have service contract and have bought HVAC and Water Heaters from them. Appreciate prompt service and friendliness and dedication of everyone I've interacted with. If I have one non compliment it is that routine seasonal check up service needs to be scheduled months in advance.

I read all the wonderful reviews on Belair Engineering's website and requested their service to repair my HVAC which was not working. A Belair technician came to my home and stated that I needed a limit switch. When the switch was available three chilly days later a second technician came out to install it. The second Belair technician stated that in addition to the limit switch I needed a circuit board and a power switch. That did not seem logical. I refused the service and called a different HVAC company The second HVAC company to my home and within 30 minutes my system was working. No parts were needed or replaced!! My HVAC has been working fine since the second HVAC company came out. Belair attempted to charge me for three expensive parts that I did not need. Beware of them!

Our sales representative was excellent very thoughtful, patient and informative. We were scheduled in a weeks time. Best price for replacement of air handler and heat pump. Service techs were very careful, clean and fast. Great job!
