Big problems with administration and supplie! Staff is pleasant with elderly patient. Highly recommend the OT and PT providers; they discussed tips for caregivers and went above and beyond in service (although PT was late most of the time, OT was punctual). Home health aide was good. Wound care was good, but we had huge problems with the company sending the expensive wound care supplies that nurse ordered. Have complained multiple times, but ordering process at administrator level still is horrendous. Have spent hundreds on supplies that are supposed to be delivered.
