Very prompt service, accurate results (as far as I know), do not need to visit in-person if returns aren't too complicated. Very reasonable pricing. The only reason I can't rate superior overall is they didn't input my direct deposit for 2 years despite my filling out their forms correctly. It took forms, emails, and calls to get them to finally do this correctly. It delayed a refund significantly one year.
