TLDR: Trust Reliable for fast, efficient and reasonably priced service and you won’t be disappointed. Detail: Had a great experience with Reliable and would definitely have them back if we need service again. We had a safety cable pop off our cable drum on a very cold morning a couple weeks ago. I’m pretty handy and at first I thought I could fix it myself, but soon decided I might be a bit out of my depth. I then checked reviews (BBB, Google reviews, Consumer’s Checkbook) and Reliable looked like a safe bet so I decided to give them a call. My call was answered promptly and within 5 minutes or so I already had confirmation that a technician would be out that day. The tech (Gregg) was on time, efficient, did a complete inspection, gave me a rundown of the problem and proposed solutions, and even pointed out a problem with our other garage door which was in need of attention. While we just had the cable fixed that first day, we did decide to call them back the next week to address the second issue which was putting a reinforcement strut on the top door panel as the door arm was ripping away from the panel itself and causing the panel to buckle in the middle. Again, the tech (Justin) was on time, explained what he was going to do, fixed the problem quickly and offered some very helpful maintenance advice. In both cases we were extremely pleased with the speed and quality of the service. Also, a special shout-out to Nazzi who answered the phone promptly and politely, listened to the nature of the problems and within minutes had techs scheduled same-day to fix our issues. Bottom line, excellent service all around and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone with garage door issues or needs.
