Ughh! We are still waiting for Andrew Riegert to come back and finish the work we pre-paid him for. Big mistake!!! These guys are high priced but used to do very good work UNTIL they mostly started taking only huge jobs with huge profits. Have lost track how times we have tried to contact Andy. Andy does NOT do anything he does not want to do. One of the workers had two days of experience and constantly needing minding from the other two experienced guys which caused our project to take longer and increased our bill. The "new" guy screwed up our river rock and too often was found sitting down doing nothing which we have the photos as proof. Andy was typically not around very much as he is always chasing the next big thing, so it is easy for things to get out of control. When it came time to pay our bill in full, we politely asked Andy if we were paying the "new" guy the same rate as the two experienced guys? Andy's reply was a curt, "My labor costs are my labor costs!" We needed two mature arborvitaes that were in the plans for months prior , Andy gave us two shrubs that were about two feet tall. Andy said "take it or leave it." We had to research another company and handle it ourselves. Andy did a very poor job cleaning up and left debris and dust on my car, in my garage, on the driveway and left large river rocks on the city street in multiple locations that I cleaned up. He DID NOT CARE! Andy mentioned that a cement mix that held together a stone facade should not have dried to a white color and would have to be re-done. Still waiting on that, along with a proper transformer that will light all of the landscape lights I paid him to install and corner post trim boards re-installed. We will have to take him to small claims court. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
