This company was contracted by CenterPoint Energy to do home energy audits. I asked them to set my expectations when I set up the appointment and was very disappointed with the results - the auditor showed up on time and left about 60 minutes earlier than expected, she didn't really want to tell me what was going on and the written report was worthless - nothing that I didn't know already with pictures generated from my questions. Also - I called her supervisor and was told that I was titled "difficult" since I had too many questions.
