One installer cursed repeatedly; glad there weren't any children around. Commented on this on a company survey, but never heard anything back. We have used Pronto several times in the past, and this person was certainly an outlier. The other techs have been pleasant and professional. Had to have them come back once to replace a valve that was not what we had specified. Communication on the last AC replacement was suboptimal. The lead installer left before the job was finished, leaving another tech (who was not there at the beginning) to explain things at the end. Dripped plastic pipe cement in the basement; fortunately the floor is unfinished. Did not adequately seal the entrance of AC tubing entering the house. Once our handyman fixed that, our mouse problem resolved. We had several estimates on the last job they did. Their prices were in line with everyone else. We chose Pronto again because their deficiencies are minor compared to other companies we have heard about from friends.
