We had Craftsmen install windows and a patio door in our condo. We researched and interviewed 5 vendors before making our choice. Erik gave us all the information we wanted to come to a decision. The waiting period was long due to covid-19 delays so I will not quibble about that. Our windows look beautiful and keep the noise down to almost nothing. Our patio door had to be re-ordered due to an error so it took a long time for that but the install went well. We felt that the workmen, and Tom, the foreman were very helpful and professional.

I have nothing but the BEST things to say about Crafstmen Home Improvements. They are absolutely wonderful every step of the way. From the initial consultation to the scheduling to the billing and finally the work itself, I couldn't have been more pleased. Cannot recommend them enough!
