Josh came out to solve water/drainage problem for me and my neighbor. The overall plan was to have water directed from back yard along the side and out into front yard, exiting into street. After he completed project. I noticed water was puddling on side of house and trickling into front yard , so e-mailed and sent Josh pictures showing water back up. I asked him to come out and correct slope to improve drainage... He never replied. The neighbor and I took on the task ourselves.
