This was my second visit to this clinic. I was very impressed with all aspects of my appointment to deal with a somewhat complicated situation with our dog. I have nothing but good things to say about the Southview staff and the service provided.

I first started going to Southview about 15 years ago when Animal Relief Fund arranged for me to bring a stray in (I ended up adopting her and still have her). At the time I had two other cats that I took to another vet clinic. But I continued to take "Tilly," the stray, to Southview for her medical care. My other two cats have passed on but I have others and they all go to Southview for the care. I don't know how Southview compares to other clinics as far as competence of the vets and technicians. I think their fees are perhaps lower than other clinics. I contacted another vet clinic, as well as Southview, for costs for some routine vet work (spay, neuter, shots) and the other clinic was about $100 more than Southview. It could be that the Southview was typical and this other clinic was at the high end. Even though there are several other vet clinics closer to me, I continue to go to Southview.
