A team of 6 people took slightly more than 3 hours to replace my 24-year-old asphalt driveway. They were very efficient and all seemed to know their roles in the process. The equipment they used appeared as needed and disappeared when they were done. Afterward, I had to do some cleanup of loose asphalt left in the street, but I would describe their cleanup as adequate. Don't expect a completely flat and smooth surface, though. There will be some "rough" spots in the completed driveway. As the driveway comes with a 5-year warranty, I will be watching these spots carefully to see how they handle the spring freeze/melt cycles. Overall I was impressed with the efficiency and teamwork, but I think to get the smooth driveway I want, I'll have to have it sealcoated at some point (when it doesn't void the warranty).

Richfield Blacktop is a highly qualified contractor that made significant repairs to a church parking lot. They were prompt and completed the job in a timely fashion without disrupting the flow of traffic in and out of the lot.
