Strung us along all Fall promising design plan. Had signed agreement, gave deposit and received written assurance plan would be complete in 10 days. After ten days and no plan we asked for meeting later in month. Was told too busy and had personal issues; allowed a month for resolution of issues. We re-contacted and were told plan would be done within 2 weeks. After two weeks reneged again saying could do plan in 2016 or send back deposit. We offered another date but instead received our money back in Dec without any explanation. Had to start again from stratch.
