Although the shop had several types of bikes, it didn't have many options for my 5 year old son to choose from (if he didn't like the design). Matter of fact, there was only 1 boy style training wheel bike. Besides the fact that there's no place to test ride inside the facility, the side walk in front is right next to cars and isn't the best place either. I was nervous my son would accidentally ride into parked cars as he learned how to break. It also took a bit before we were helped - not sure if that was because they were short staffed or busy. The staff were friendly and professional though.

I have a trike and had a chain come off. One of the guys took the time he needed to fix it. This meant fixing some damage that had been caused when the chain came off. The chain is very complicated and it worked great when he was done.
