We worked with Jeff Pappenfus who is very knowledgable and prompt. We refinanced our home mortgage, which was more complicated because I am self employed. Jeff was able to navigate us through the process very efficiently. He was very quick to respond to emails. The entire time-frame for the process was much faster than any previous refinance. The mortgage rate and costs were lower than any of the other 5 lenders we had contacted.
