Been with this firm for several years. They always got the job done on time and prices seemed fair. But this year the firm DOUBLED (!) their fees. They bought a new software package and evidently passed 100% of the upgrade onto their clients. They sent us an email notifying us of this in December, but I must have missed it. So when tax time rolled around, I didn't have time to find another preparer. I won't be helping the owner make his boat payment next year!
