Most of the initial communication with Alpine was by e-mail and postal mail. There was some confusion as to the scheduled date for the re-asphalting of our driveway; however, once Alpine clarified the date they intended to do it, their workers and equipment showed up in impressive force and went right at taking up the old asphalt, breaking up and removing the concrete apron near the garage, amending the existing base layer of crushed limestone with (recycled) crushed concrete, and laying the new asphalt. Their people were organized and efficient, the pricing was reasonable, they have an excellent 5-year guarantee, they answered my questions quite well, and our neighbors were thrilled that we'd had it done! (It looks good, too.)
