With 3 Click, you go online to choose where, when and with who you want to train. I have trained at fitness centers, at a local park and at my home. I know they also offer training online. I have had opportunities to train with a number of the trainers and have been very happy with each one. They have a variety of people who specialize in different types of fitness training.
