We purchased carpet for two bedrooms and our living room through CAP. The entire process went smoothly and we are very pleased with the end result. Our sales person, Jesse, was very helpful in showing us the selections available through the Costco rebate program (which we wanted to use) and the pros-and-cons of all of the selections. We felt no pressure to select any specific option or to purchase from CAP. It was such a comfortable, informative process, with carpet selections we truly liked, we ended up not going anywhere else. BTW -- CAP has a wide variety of selections apart from the Costco-covered selections we chose from. The CAP team handled all the paperwork with Costco so there was no effort on our part to secure our 15% shop card rebate. They kept us informed of everything throughout the entire process. The installation they sent out was a team of four guys who did a great job of getting our old carpet out, putting in the new padding and carpet, and cleaning up after themselves. All in about 3 hours. From the time of our original visit to CAP, to the time the install was completed was three weeks. Suffice it to say - my wife and I would definitely use CAP again.

From the day we took home carpet samples until the carpet was installed took less than 3 weeks and we kept samples for a few days before ordering. The installers did a terrific job in a very timely manner. The sales rep Jesse was very helpful. Very pleased with the process.

Our sales consultant Tara was outstanding, going out of her way to help with the selection process and scheduling. She was very helpful and brought 'many' samples to our home to help us decide. In addition, the installation process went very smoothly, and the installers, Edison and his assistant, Winston I believe, were incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating. They did a beautiful job. Cap Carpet also works with Costco to get their 10% rebate on Shaw carpet.
