Ron Trudeau came out the same day I called to test some linoleum for asbestos and provide a bid on its removal if it tested positive. When I decided to hire the company, I attempted to contact Ron twice via email and once via phone and he never got back to me. Unprofessional and, based on another review, not a unique situation.
