We were interested in a Purple Mattress and found that Macy's had them in store to test out. The new furniture are in the Rosedale store is nice, we were ready to purchase pretty soon after arriving/testing it out but there were no employees anywhere (in the furniture are or surrounding departments). It was actully kind of eerie, like "are we alone in the store"! I ended up finding someone in a back area behind the furniture show floor who was very much not a salesperson and made it know! They said they would have someone come help us. Another 10 minutes or so and then someone showed up. Once the salesperson was there everything was fine.
