The first thing is that despite explaining I am a teacher and could not get home until a specified time they arrived earlier and my daughter happened to be there picking up something so she let them in. By the time I arrived they were busy working to clean the air ducts so did not talk with me.When they were leaving they presented me with the bill and told me everything was fine.Soon after my furnace broke down because of a cracked heat exchanger apparently exacerbated by the buildup. I called the owner and asked why the workers hadn't suggested I get the furnace checked(something good duct cleaners will suggest) and he did not have an answer.I requested a refund and he became angry with me. He said in the future he would offer a free cleaning.By then I had replaced the heat exchanger a costly repair and said I would never do business with him again.
