Having them refinish my kitchen floor was a very frustrating experience. After they were supposedly done, I found that many of the nail holes were covered with a putty that was much lighter than the actual wood color and were really noticeable. I asked them to return to correct this, which they did. Later I discovered that they hadn't even touched the floor under the refrigerator despite my specific request that they include that in the refinishing. Again, they sent one of their workers to correct this. AND after this guy had gone I saw that the work was very poorly done and didn't properly match the rest of the floor! I was so weary of this whole fiasco that I opted not to call them back a third time, and just live with it.
