I usually have three bids made when doing a major home project and Brian's was very reasonable. We scheduled it for a period when I could stay away from my house for a fair amount of time since all furniture had to be moved out and I was going to follow the floor refinishing with interior painting. The wood floors hadn't been re-finished in decades so the transformation was terrific. The natural finish is excellent. I was able to let the floors cure for a few weeks before having the painting done which was very important due to the use of tape.
