High School Senior Portrait session occurred in July 2012. Studio made appointment time for picking up the proof book and order form, upon arrival, neither could be located and we were kept waiting 1 hr 30 minutes while they redid it. When we ordered portraits, again studio set date and time for pick up, and we were again kept waiting 1 hr 40 minutes after arriving at scheduled time. In addition, they lost the order form and weren't sure what we'd ordered, they could not locate cropped photo images in their computer; more than once wrong photos were printed, wrong sizes were printed. In all, they had to redo the order 5 times and it took 6 months to deliver what should have taken 4-8 weeks. Very frustrating.
