Crawford Doors was fantastic to work with on our garage door installation. They were fast to respond to requests, professional, and did the job in less time than expected. We appreciated the communication throughout. Made the whole experience great! Highly recommend!

Two years ago, we had a different company replace a broken spring and install new cables and then had them come back the next day to replace a garage door opener that was failing. Fast forward to now and the door was out of balance (was very heavy to lift when the opener was disconnected and came slamming down when you tried to close the door manually). Looked at Checkpoint ratings & chose Crawford Doors based on those ratings to see why the door seemed so imbalanced. They found the springs hadn't been sufficiently tightened and not everything had been locked into place with the new opener and its belt. Also found seized rollers and replaced them. They noted bottom panel (20+ years old) is rusting badly and will need replacement sometime in the near future. In short, they fixed what first firm should have done in the first place and gave us a plan to replace panels of the door when the time comes.
