Looking for a local HVAC company to provide routine maintenance, repairs and eventual upgrades. They were nice on the phone and answered my questions. Then they called back and said that providing an insurance certificate was too difficult for a maintenance call. Checkbook and my insurance company strongly recommend getting proof of insurance from everyone that works in your house. My HOA requires it. I thought this all strange and will look for another provider. P&S has lost my business.
