Dissatisfied with ability to find good tenants and monitor them. I had several tenants destroy my property to the point. I found out later, from other property managers, that it is standard practice to do property inspections. Rittenhouse did not do this unless it was requested. By the time I realized that it was something I could request, it was too late.
