I had a major issue as the wood siding on my 36 year old home had seen its best days and the woodpeckers had taken to drilling holes in the siding all summer. I knew from areas that were failing that the initial install appeared substandard. How substandard wasn't known until they got started. Rather than finding plywood sheathing under the siding there was lath strips not properly installed. The project manager and construction team came up with a plan to put the siding over the wood siding where it was still solid and deal with the other sections to make a clean job. This created a lot of extra workaround at every window since the windows would actually become somewhat recessed. I was a bit concerned how this would be handled but decided to just go with their solution. It all came out beautiful and I was totally satisfied. I was simply amazed at the great job they did. I had to call them back as the power box came loose from the wall a couple winters in. I called them and they had a guy out that had it fixed with no issue. Five star rating all around.
