Not Recommended
The physical therapy here was superior quality, but the financial management of the office was terrible. On my first visit, I asked them to tell me what the physical therapy was going to cost, and they insisted they didn't know and the billing was controlled by Good Shepherd. I called Good Shepherd and Blue Cross and they didn't know either. When the bill arrived it was outrageously high, and when I called to request an explanation, there was nothing but finger-pointing back and forth between Kinetic and Good Shepherd. So don't go here unless you have a large budget for PT.
