Hired ALS Environmental for mold remediation in basement of house I just purchased. Alfred seemed professional and thorough at first, although the final bill went 60% higher than first estimate. Was told it was due to having to remove half of wallboard and some paneling in the finished portion of basement. That produced a lot of trash. There were a dozen or so large, heavy bags left in my backyard that I was told would be picked up by the end of that week. Almost four weeks later they are still there. I've asked repeatedly to have them removed and get only promises. Now I'm not even getting a response. Very disappointed in Alfred's attitude and non-completion of job.
