I highly recommend this group on Ridge ave. The front staff is warm, friendly, respectful, and of course helpful. The therapist and their aides are also warm, friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Most importantly they listen to concerns and address them in a positive manner. They are quite understanding if you have to put your therapy on old , but of course, you need to call and let them know.I have used this company since 2017 or 2018. I don’t remember. I am currently getting therapy for knee and back issues. I have an app that I can use for following for my home program. The therapists will push you to do your best but they don’t want you to over do it or make yourself worse. the only issue is parking but that is an issue for all of Ridge ave. They have very good hours, so getting an appointment is not a problem nor are follow up visits. Changing an appointment is also easy. Reminder messages are sent out, too, prior do the date of your appointment. There is also anOccupational Therapist in the office. So if you need to see one, I would highly recommend her, too. I have seen her work and she is excellent.
