Dave knows his stuff and is completely trustworthy. Most recently, after the heat pump hot water heater Dove installed died, he diagnosed the problem (faulty control panel) and dealt with the manufacturer to get a replacement board under the warranty. Dove is a small shop and demand for their service is high, so you may need to wait a day or two. It's worth the wait.
