Frosty’s has been a reliable company to provide annual inspection services for our HVAC system. They are competitively priced with other company’s in the area. My only gripe is that some of their technicians can be a little more pushy on the need for services or replacement when the equipment could hold out a bit longer.

I am commenting on Frosty's, although we have not used them within the past year, because it is important for potential and current customers to know the shady business practices Frosty's often uses. These practices, and the minimally-acceptable demeanor of office staff, are the reasons why we are with another company now - TwinTech LLC. On several occasions when we still used Frosty's, they would try to avoid doing warranty work or, more accurately, would try to charge us for additional problems that they'd "found" while doing the seasonal inspections of our equipment. Their (previous?) owner, who had written an extended warranty for us on a system, had passed away; and the subsequent management was very reluctant to live up to their side of the warrranty arrangement, trying to convince us of reasons that the warranty was no longer valid. They also began to have problems with scheduling: there were a couple of times when they'd said they would come to our home on a certain date at a certain time, and they did not show up and didn't call. When we called them, they said they'd forgotten to put us on their schedule but refused to put us on the schedule as a priority case, even though they had made a mistake that cost us to miss other obligations. We had to go to "the back of the line", like anyone else who would just be calling for a regular appointment. For these reasons - and for the lackadaisical attitude exhibited by several in the office - we "voted with our feet" and found an HVAC company that does care about its customers. It will be a cold day in Hades before we go back to Frosty's.

They did a good job installing a split system ductless heat pump for my sun room and removing the old system. The installers Paul and Dylan were very thorough in their installation and system checks.
