JC Flood assumed the warranty work of an HVAC company which installed our heat pump but which unfortunately went out of business. We had an AC problem that was under warranty and it took Flood SIX visits to the house before the problem was fixed. I don't know why they couldn't have sent out a competent repair person on the first try. I will NEVER use them again. They were worthless plus a pain in the butt to deal with.
