The owner of the HVAC company which installed our Trane heat pump in the fall of 2023 retired and his business and obligations (to include our warranty) were assumed by JC Flood. They were horrible! It took Flood EIGHT times before they got the repair right and during the waiting period we had to scramble to get heating oil delivered for our back-up system. I can't say enough bad things about Flood.
