I have used John C Flood for decades. The change from a short window for the technician to arrive to an entire day is annoying but appears that it will be rescinded. If they don't, I will use another contractor that respects their customer's time.

A Technician was supposed to evaluate and bring my boiler system online. After his evaluation his corrective action was to replace the boiler with a new one. Then he asked if I would be interested in speaking with someone from his company sales department. A representative was at my home within the hour. Naturally he quoted an outrageous price. I called another heating and cooling company for a second opinion, Needless to say the technician had my boiler up and running within two hours. My suggestion to anyone that would use this company is to not contact them. Their sale department kept calling we every day for a week.

I recommend with some trepidations. We purchased an inspection package, and the inspector was much more interested in selling me a new water-heater, much larger than was needed, than noticing a leak on the floor coming from the system.
