I went with this company based on the recommendations here and have to say this is the first time I've ever been disappointed. I called to have them install a new HVAC about 6 years ago. They told me over the phone my warranty was good for 5 years. After they installed it and I paid for it they told me they don't provide 5 year warranties or any warranty. After calling and calling they finally agreed to a 1 year warranty. And that's when things started breaking. the temp gauge broke first and had to be replaced. Within a year it broke and caught fire and had to be replaced. The next year water dumped out of unit all over the floor. When I called I found out some plastic port had cracked and had to be replaced. Now, It just stopped working. I've never had this many problems with an HVAC unit in my life. Do use these people. If you do, make sure you get the warranty up front prior to paying.
