I contacted Max based on the positive Checkbook reviews for a suspected hack. Although he was booked up over the next few days, he took my request seriously and made time over the weekend to do a remote scan of my computer. To my relief, there was no virus. While he was on, he did a very thorough job cleaning things out so computer would run better.

I am writing today to highly recommend my wonderful computer specialist, Max Bortoletto, MAXimum Tek LLC (www.maximumtek.com – PH: 703-798-3222). My husband and I have used Max’s services for over 10 years and couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of his services. Max has so many services that he offers, to include: consulting with you and, if you desire, placing the order for a new computer for you for you and setting it up when it arrives. Max also offers the same service for printers. Max will suggest and provide the highest quality virus protection. Really, Max is your one-stop person for everything computer-related. In addition to everything else, Max has negotiated with Comcast/Xfinity for us to lower our monthly bill. The man is amazing. Max offers both in-home and remote service, whichever best fits your needs. No waiting for an IT person to arrive…Max often will work on our computers remotely after we have gone to bed for the night. Max is completely reliable, always prompt for his appointments and he is amazingly patient with computer-illiterate people (like myself!). Do yourself a favor and contact Max Bortoletto for your next computer question/issue…I promise you that you will not regret it!
